Submission of papers

Papers can be submitted from May 2012 with an online form.
Deadline for submissions: October 15, 2012.

Proposals will be blind peer reviewed.
Authors will be informed of acceptance at the latest on December 1, 2012.

• Abstracts of no more than 300 words should be submitted with an indication of the mode of presentation i.e. paper presentation, poster, workshop, etc.
• Indication of nature of content: research, report, workshop.
• A few keywords should be mentioned which summarize the main content.
• Paper presentations should be 20 minutes in length, to be followed by up to 10 minutes chaired discussion time.
• Practical workshops especially are welcome. Workshops should be 60 or 90 minutes in length.
• Criteria for acceptance: clarity, well structured, related to the theme of the conference, relevant to an international audience in the field of music education, sufficient command of English.
• A short curriculum vitae (resumé) must be attached.

For research:
A clear description of research question, methodology, literature references and main findings.

For reports:
A clear description of context and main purposes, characteristic of the project, literature references.

For workshops:
A clear description of the context, clear aims of the workshop (what will participants learn).
