• 2003-2012 Head of Institute of Music Education, University of Music, Leipzig
• since 1993 Lectures in german music pedagogy associations  (Most of his german articles can be found in the internet)
• 2001                Offers of a chair from Ludwigsburg and Leipzig
• 1998-2002 Responsible for further education for music teacher in Hamburg
